What are the working hours at Department of Justice and Community Safety?
The work/life balance provided is great. Personally, I prefer to start work later in the morning, and finish work later in the evening (with the option of working from home in the evenings when needed) which is promoted as part of our flexible working environments. I also go to the gym daily with my manager, which keeps our health and wellbeing in fine form! When I work in the weekends at information sessions and careers events, my time is paid in TIL (time in Lieu) towards leave, so your contribution at work is appreciated throughout the department.Asked 26 March 2018
