Unsafe toxic environment with promotions for people who suck up and are brown nosers. Prisoners have more rights than staff! Safety of staff is ignored.

Toxic, sycophantic management
Public Information Support Officer (Former Employee) - Victoria - 10 August 2023
Shift work, while taxing on the body and social life, was rewarded handsomely with generous penalties. Work expectations, however fell outside standard pay rates, and some staff were expected to perform the same tasks as coworkers who were paid significantly more pro rata. When this was questioned, the offending worker was 'moved on'.

Toxic self-serving management. Bullying. 'Mateship' culture.
