Take the small wins when you get them. The job itself is very rewarding and seeing that you are making a change is great feeling. It is a very fast paced environment, however, the team is great and very supportive.

Inadequate or no supervision, management uncaring, and training ad-hoc.

Challenging role.

Being a case manager is definitely not for everyone as it is a very challenging role but has its benefits. You can see the positives impact you are having in peoples life.
