The job itself is very rewarding and seeing that you are making a change is great feeling.

Inadequate or no supervision, management uncaring, and training ad-hoc.
Case Manager (Former Employee) - Lilydale VIC - 8 June 2020
Working nine to ten hour days normalised by management. Overworked staff, who were a fantastic team, however unrealistically high case loads and lack of helpful ongoing support.

Case Manager (Former Employee) - Broadmeadows VIC - 13 February 2018
