Toxic environment led by management

Unsafe toxic environment with promotions for people who suck up and are brown nosers. Prisoners have more rights than staff! Safety of staff is ignored.

Not for everyone

Job is definitely not for everyone as it can take a toll on mental health, however the shift work is great for work/life balance with 7-8 day fortnights and plenty of overtime available. Generous leave entitlements
