Great place to contribute to helping the community.
Shift work is essential, week end work is required. Yearly training essential. Lots of variety of work experience. Prisoners are easier to manage than staff. Management to not support staff effectively.

The staff present at the location I worked was positive and upbeat and got on with an impossible caseload with what they had to use.
