Endemic cultural issues and under-resourcing has led to a hero mentality that ensures a completely burnt out team. An experienced management team is needed to revive the culture and manage the team rather than being completely preoccupied with politics.

They definitely look after you at DPC. I had a condition and they were well aware of it. I had many doctor appointments and they were happy for me to make time to see my doctor. Management is great and the team I worked in were genuinely nice people.

Contact with DPC was purely administrative in relation to employment and contract/salary of MP. Most contact with DPC was through Human Resources and salary/leave etc and any issues you may have with either office itself or if necessary how to deal with a difficult MP.
