Fun

Had a good crew which made working at Digga fun. But then one by one the people that had been there for so long started leaving. We got new employees in but it wasn’t the same.

Little to no adherence to procedures & safety from all parts of the company

Little to no respect for staff from all levels of the company. Both procedures/safeties rarely followed. Some exceptions but were few and far between

Treated like a slave with no rights Unskilled management who expect everything and give nothing in return.

worst management i have ever experienced. Everyone is just a number regardless of skill level or importance to the team. No pay rise in 5 years. Will suit the unskilled bludger but not the skilled hard worker

poor management skills, full of lies.

worked for the company for over ten years, they promised me everything.But gave nothing. Told everyone that they are not another number but they have the biggest turn over in staff. At the end I hardly knew anyone cause how many new people were there. all the good people who actually cared for the company they pushed out and bullied them which made them quit. jobs are different not much training on safety don't really worry about workers safety its a world wide company floor supervisor is good to work for management is not that great
