Lifestyle Mentor (mental health) in Bankstown NSW
on 4 February 2020
Part time advertised signed on to an on call casual
The staff weren’t all team players to work with , experienced bullying and treated less as a casual worker by permanent fellow staff. Great cause not everyone that works as a mentor there is a good mentor and have poor work ethics. False hope to part time income role only to be on cancellation shift.
Contact Centre Referral Officer in Glendenning NSW
on 9 December 2021
I loved every minute I worked at DSA, Manager was brilliant, collegues very helpful , great culture
Love this company , best job I've ever had, my manager was the most supportive, professional , caring human being I've ever met, working alongside with people with disabilities was the most satisfying job anyone can do
Production Coordinator in Mascot
on 5 May 2021
Best part was the smiling faces of the participants.
The participants was the only reason I was there for 5 years. To be honest doesn’t pay off. If your not in the click, it becomes very unbearable and uncomfortable to go to work.
Support Worker in Condell Park NSW
on 17 January 2021
Disappointing and Lost The core Reason of the Business
It was an amazing work environment and culture but Lost The core Reason of the Business , too look after people with disabilities both physically and mentally.Changed Management from CEO to Lower management have disregard for their own staff wellness.Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians as they say .
Disability Support Worker (Permanent Part Time) in Sydney NSW
on 24 June 2020
To many good cop and bad cop in management
I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for DSA. Communication from management is appalling and front line don't get told anything till late. If management don't like you they will find a way to get rid of you. There is some bullying between support staff in which is been covered up by management. You always feel like you have to watch your back. Not a happy place to work for.
