Fair till convenience
To be honest what I ve seen and lived in the camp where I first worked for discovery parks I hope is just an exception. I never been working in so hostile environment and very hard to approach. I ve been working under my ethics and I ve been treated with no sense of justice. Love my job

Hard work
Very hard work but will keep you fit without needing a gym membership. Customers are great and the location was beautiful right on the beach. Interview process was very easy the paperwork from the HR Dept is what takes the longest to get that done then you can work. Holidays is the busiest times of course and trying to get cabins complete in time would never work unless alot of staff was employed ...
