I learned a lot about how to deal with passengers, working in the airport. The hardest part was when there were more than one airline coming in at the same time.

Customer Services Agent (Current Employee) –  Melbourne International Airport8 November 2018
Handles many airlines at all hours of night and day. Does have impact if employee has University or College studies. Also not so family time friendly because of the times required to be at work. But Management are generally supportive and fun to work with.
Pros
Swapping shifts amongst the team

Passenger Services Agent (Current Employee) –  Sydney international airport7 October 2018
- completely different environment
- the work place brings everyone together from all sorts of cultures
- dealing with aggressive passengers everyday is the worst thing about the job but I love it.
- seeing your team everyday and completing objectives that we must do In time to ensure all requirements are meet.

Food checker (Current Employee) –  Tullamarine Airport8 February 2018
It's not a bad place to work for, very demanding on hours and family life. There are plenty of opportunities to go and do different career paths there for example working in the kitchen. Working on the trucks or become a fridge check out and check off flights.
Pros
Free meals
Cons
Working unusual hours

Dnata is a great company with its worldwide reputation. It is a company which is employing people all the time but it may lack a clear focus in some employment areas and employees recognition.

Working in the airline operations industry there are always new challenges that occur. Being under pressure to meet deadlines on time and coordinating staff and communicating to other sectors is very essential. Without communication operations won't go smoothly, there will be delays and frustration. That is why it is essential to organize, plan and communicate to the authorized staff members.

Free dry cleaning, car allowance, free meal during work, professional and friendly airport staff
Cons
No health care benefits, at time short break do to early arrival of air crafts, finding parking in the staff car park
