I learned a lot about how to deal with passengers, working in the airport. The hardest part was when there were more than one airline coming in at the same time.

It use to be good but new management have run it down. The pay is average but your annual leave makes up for it you get 8 weeks a year and 15 days sick. Other than that thats the only good thing
Pros
The Annual leave and sick leave

Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Melbourne Airport, Australia25 April 2016
Working in the airline operations industry there are always new challenges that occur. Being under pressure to meet deadlines on time and coordinating staff and communicating to other sectors is very essential. Without communication operations won't go smoothly, there will be delays and frustration. That is why it is essential to organize, plan and communicate to the authorized staff members.
Pros
Free dry cleaning, car allowance, free meal during work, professional and friendly airport staff
Cons
No health care benefits, at time short break do to early arrival of air crafts, finding parking in the staff car park
