Initial training good but actual work training not so good
Air Service Agent-Warehouse' (Permanent Part-Time) (Former Employee) – Melbourne Airport VIC – 2 July 2017
*Tried to learn more but was stuck doing one or two particular functions every shift *Churn rate high *Shifts not consistent and inflexible due to nature of the service *short staff issues common *No penal rates for PT workers *extra hours available due short staffing *Pay rates ok but not great
Passenger Service Delivery Agent (Current Employee) – Sydney NSW – 31 May 2019
Good for work/life balance if you can make it work for you and fairly easy to pick up extra shifts Learnt that if your face fits you can get away with doing nothing! Management can be petty, unsupportive and turn a blind eye to those who don't pull their weight and have their favourites. It's hard working with team members who get away with picking and choosing parts of the roles they do or don't want to do. Discrimination is rife, no matter what they say. Good for short term period; long term you get frustrated.
Discrimination, people who don't pull their weight
