Domino’s Pizza (casual) in Thornleigh NSW

Too small and not safe.
Poorly managed, safety hazards concerning doors etc. not an enjoyable place to work at. Staff are quite rude, they underpaid me by $70 and don’t answer questions when I asked.

Unwelcoming Staff and Unorganised training (Bad for first job)
Interview was a little unprofessional, as the staff there just weren’t nice or welcoming at all. The time I was there I felt like they didn’t care about me and thought i was insignificant because I am a student. Managers can also be quite rude and inconsiderate as the management of the training was messy.

If you want to mess with your mental health, work at dominos!
I wouldn’t suggest working at Dominos if you want to be drained of any personal life you may have before starting at dominos. It is a toxic work environment which has affected many staff members mental health due to the way upper management treats their staff. The abuse from customers too is disgusting and you get treated like scum for minor problems that the store is happy to fix. It’s just not worth it.

High expectations, low support
High expectations with little training. Often long shifts without a break as they’re ‘busy’.Pretty demanding for full availability and often trying to get you in on your days off even when you’ve put in unavailability. If you say no to a couple of extra shifts you get dropped from the roster or get like 1 or 2 shifts a month out of spite.
