What would you suggest Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd management do to prevent employees from leaving?

  • Don’t put rosters out like 2 days before a shift like they can’t even put a whole week out at a time and don’t then expect us to be able to work them if you do that or give u 2 weeks notice and treat us like we are people with lives outside dominos and don’t be so petty and allow us to tell you this with a store survey or something and management needs better communication as well with eachother and their employees

  • To care about losing your employees. I've never worked at a pizza shop that actually cares for their workers. I've been working with commercial pizza for 10 years and have worked at 4 different chains.

  • Be great to help beginner's with there job the are learning

  • Covering the cost of fuel all the time.
    Paying on time. It was almost a month before I was getting my slips.

    Being consistent. The amount of times it changed while I was there was ridiculous!

  • Putting up the roster earlier (at least a week notice) since the management needs 2 weeks notice for an absence.

    Fuel Prices need to more carefully considered since petrol is becoming more expensive.


    There should be at least 3 hours shifts.


    Covering insurance for personal vehicles.


    Offer rewards for real hardworking people.

  • Wage needs to be higher
    Equipment REALLY needs to be UPGRADED OR FIX

    Training needs to be IMPROVE

    Mangers need to take a chill pill

    Communication needs to improve by having a better relationship with the manger by the manger being nicer

  • Pay them more and promote them taking holidays instead of making it seem like they can't

  • Fix communication between management and workers, actually send rosters and be more clear with job guidelines.

  • Change up the hours, 5:15 til 8:30 takes away dinner with family, especailly when you're expected to work 4/5 nights in a row

  • Try to improve more towards customer service
