84 questions about working at Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd
Ive been working in dominos for almost 5 yrs. i always have 3 to 4 days shifts. I always showed up when they needed help. Just recently they cut my shifts into 0 to 1 day shift which is 3 hrs a shiift...with just like that. Is that how they treated their staffs by not giving them fair hours. Why they keep on hiring drivers ..why dont they just give the hours to the drivers that were already there that need hours . They cut my hours bcos im if u r already 30 ...u dont deserve to have hours 😔.

Don’t put rosters out like 2 days before a shift like they can’t even put a whole week out at a time and don’t then expect us to be able to work them if you do that or give u 2 weeks notice and treat us like we are people with lives outside dominos and don’t be so petty and allow us to tell you this with a store survey or something and management needs better communication as well with eachother and their employees

You will but don't expect to get off lightly. It's a strict time-based job with expectations to know the addresses at the drop of a hat. You are tracked wherever you go so I would expect management to phone you when they realise where you are within that hour in the wrong direction.

I had to answer three maths questions about giving back change. Then they asked why you wanted to work there, why they should hire you, some of your weaknesses and strengths and finally what days you would be able to work.

I liked working with the other staff there and riding on the scooters with the time limit and getting to see the different parts of town. The free food was a bonus before it changed.

Mine varied but they were 5+ hours on average with about 3 to 5 shifts a week (unless taking someones shift) I never got out on time though so be prepared for late shifts that run past due knocking off time of about half an hour+
