Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Queensland - 9 July 2023
I've been working with them for a couple of years already and I didn't see any advancements or any benefits at all. I think an increase of a salary or some special benefits to those who are trying to make a live with this job would be much appreciated.

Pay could be better
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Sydney NSW - 30 October 2023
You get paid a little more then the KM (for example trip to Pick up and deliver is 5KM total and pay is $6.56) and the $31 per hour that they guarantee isn’t always the case. I was active for 3 Hours but earned only $70 ($23.33 Per Hour) . Sometimes Fast Food Restaurants take really long and the pay isn’t worth it as time is money. I feel like doordash should compensate as the time I wait I could’ve done another dash and earn more.

Replaced my full-time wage within my second week
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Maitland NSW - 26 October 2023
I’ve found their support team really good! Had one issue to do with a cancelled order but I had already collected the order the retailer would take it back, helped me resolve the issue and paid me a small amount of what I was meant to make on that order, I had earned what I was earning full-time within my second week, someJobs pay little but I find you get bigger and better paying jobs if you take the good with the bad.

Poor pay

For the (small) amount of orders you do a day it’s really low pay, sometimes ends up taking you to far places where you have to make your way back to your original hotspot costing you money on petrol and the cycle repeats
