We have expanded our store network and our product range to include products that our customers will benefit from, such as Plantation Shutters & Canopies which opens more opportunities for our Sales Team.

Alright starting job

Spent 3 years working at doors plus, was paid decent but not competitive at all. no flexibility. Good first job but very little room for growth or progression (despite what they keep telling you) Wouldn’t plan to stay around for long

Very poor management

Massive staff turnover both sales and management, toxic culture, long hrs and very little training to use their outdated systems, sales staff have to deal with many irate and dissatisfied customers

Decent place to start a career

They have an outdated sales strategy and training but its good for a newbie. Certain stores do very well because of their location and area of work. Some stores struggle to sell and their bonuses are affected. Low base pay, too many qualifying conditions for bonuses.
