Sales (Former Employee) – Fyshwick ACT – 25 February 2018
Money is pretty poor for the time and effort required to hit the 80k a year mark, the measure and quote system in your own time and vehicle is what I call a legal loophole scam and hey if you work 12 hours a day you will get a 2500 credit for a holiday at the end of the year if your the top salesman in all of the stores in Australia really stupid and boring business if you love doors go for.
The team I cant fault at fyshwick there pretty laid-back and give support just a poor pay and training system
Assistant Store Manager (Former Employee) – Perth WA – 29 February 2016
Your day starts at 8.00 which is good as the doors don't open till 9.00 hence you can get your admin work out of the way. There is a lot of on the job training which helps with a lot of product knowledge and how to deal with different types of customers. The team is ready to help you with any queries in your early months of employment. There is a lot of physical work-carrying doors and framework etc.Your working day could sometimes be a 11-12 hour day but the more hours you put in the more money/rewards you will earn
