Sales Assistant in Sydney NSW

Productive and fun workplace
The salary can’t afford for the costs of living. However, you can learn new things and improve customer service skills. Nice coworkers and quite good management.Part Time Sales Assistant in Bondi Junction NSW

Genuinely horrible
Absolutely no support while trying to balance running the store with a 3 hour lunch cover (if no one calls in sick), unpack stock, tend to customers, recover the store, keep on top of loss prevention, make visual merchandising changes, and keep in contact with upper management so they can micro-manage from afar but offer zero support. Got paid only while the store was open but was expected to count the till, tidy and do the banking every day unpaid. The goals that were set were highly unrealistic for one person to achieve while trying to manage literally every aspect of the store. The only positive were the people in my immediate team and a 50% discount, but even then it was not worth the time and energy. I have a lot of experience in retail and do not understand how Dotti and other Just Group stores stay in business with how poorly they are run, and this is reflected in the high staff turnover.ASM Dotti Australia in darwin australia
