Toxic environment, micromanagement, pay is beyond shocking. Clock on and clock off for your shift, that’s not for a call centre worker position, never ever have I had to do that in an admin role. Work from home unheard of even with Covid19, car park is full of staff. Stupid excuses why they won’t let you work from home. Quite simply management are set in the ancient time ways, and don’t trust their staff to be able to do their job at home, the company itself lacks innovation and no way is it a forward thinking company.Its like stepping back into the 90’s. Horrible company. The CEO has the top 10 salary in Australia, I just shake my head thinking working at Aldi you would be on almost the same money. Company needs to get with the times!

Some managers and trainers think they are better than you. They were once just collectors too. The rudeness is childish. Not a mature enough place to be working for.
