  • Toxic environment, micromanagement, pay is beyond shocking. Clock on and clock off for your shift, that’s not for a call centre worker position, never ever have I had to do that in an admin role. Work from home unheard of even with Covid19, car park is full of staff. Stupid excuses why they won’t let you work from home. Quite simply management are set in the ancient time ways, and don’t trust their staff to be able to do their job at home, the company itself lacks innovation and no way is it a forward thinking company. Its like stepping back into the 90’s. Horrible company. The CEO has the top 10 salary in Australia, I just shake my head thinking working at Aldi you would be on almost the same money. Company needs to get with the times!

  • Terrible lab management, with zero care factor for the wellbeing of their staff, they wonder why there is such a high turnover rate, yet they work people so hard, constantly looking over your shoulder, micromanaging you as if you were in high school. Pay stagnates pretty quickly as well, expect to be only earning at a graduate/entry level would be earning in most other jobs/industries well unto the future.

  • Rude and greedy management that has forgotten what it is like to be working for such low pay.

  • Stressful job you are overworked with rubbish salary and some trainers are very rude.

  • Bad and greedy management that has forgotten what it is like to be working for such low pay.
