I enjoy when i work in this company. Im happy to work with downer group. All workers is friendly also all supervisor and office workers was really good. For me, i wanna work with downer company again in again if i can get a chance. To downer company please back to oil and gas project. Having a good time when i work with downer. Four years ago. Turnover difficulties

An ok place to work, however high turnover makes day to day much more difficult than it needs to be.The business does not try to retain talent so don't get too attached.
