  • Keep good employees informed and be honest. I would not hesitate to return to Downers if opportunity presented itself.

  • I think scrutiny of the management and their ethics would straighten a fair bit of it out. Anonymous workforce surveys would probably get a few more honest answers as there wouldn’t be the fear of being targeted for speaking out.

  • Support and communicate with each other and be friendly to everyone and make them feel welcome.

  • Promote movement oppertunitys in the Downer group people will go elsewhere other wise.
