Keep good employees informed and be honest. I would not hesitate to return to Downers if opportunity presented itself.
I think scrutiny of the management and their ethics would straighten a fair bit of it out. Anonymous workforce surveys would probably get a few more honest answers as there wouldn’t be the fear of being targeted for speaking out.
Support and communicate with each other and be friendly to everyone and make them feel welcome.
Promote movement oppertunitys in the Downer group people will go elsewhere other wise.
