When I was there years ago it was fair and the interview process was non biased. Now it is very much a boys club, and experience counts for nothing. But if you have a relative, friend or someone elses family member who is part of the current management circle of friends looking for a job with no associated experience welcome to Downer.My advise would be unless you fall into the above category .Look somewhere else, don't waste your time! Because you will be wasting your time.

meet and worked with great field staff/contractors on a day to day basis.
completing day to day -
quality / variation changes / KPI inspections / plan updates / tool box meeting both internal and external
working hand in hand with client.

What is the best part of working at the company?Good company to work for I spent 18 months doing rolling shuts was great experience ability to upskill is available recommend to any tradesmanWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?As long as you do what's required within the time frame given the really no stress What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Downer GMS port Hedland/Newman provide a good work environment for any culture there a good crew to work for What is a typical day like for you at the company?Well to take your instructions from supervision at the beginning of shift then then Everyday is a good day !!!👍
