Cooperative and good management

management is good, good communication, good salary. Staff help each other and work culture is positive but not that many shifts or clients so it's hard to be your main job.

Staff were very helpful and accomodating, but the management is completely oblivious about their own actions, if you looking for short term work I do not recommend this company

Difficult unfair employment agency

I was a long term placement, the client was fantastic, can’t say the same for Drake International, the employer. I was consistently having to chase them up to extend my contract in their system, as was being blocked from entering my hours on numerous occasions , of course no hours entered, no pay. At the interview there were just two other women and I talking to one of the management staff. We pretty much got signed on then and there - we had to fill out our banking & super details, certifications etc. and give them a photo to make a name tag to take with us into work. They went through the policies of the company, our uniforms, what they expect and so on. I felt well prepared after.
