Terrible. Told to sweat forfilling tasks, by AM really what is that, absolutely overload, certainly a no to that type of culture not what lve been mentored on in other companies glad l left.

Agreed so right good team leave this company consistant pattern of mgr vacancies obvious upper mgmt issues pity. My advice if u love over the top kpis and RODS on team along with coaching logs virtually daily then go for but u will burn out. Culture in Dusk isnt really for the team isnt thats what makes a company? Dont go there. EX MGR happy l moved on.
Management consist of a team of people who have been born in a grown bag, remotely programmed to Dusk ,they haven't experienced many other company cultures and know no different, they are brain washed to have no other life and run on making peoples life a misery because that what they believe creates success!? which includes applying so much pressure people either become ill, leave or end up being pushed out, they run the company like “car sales men” , you burn out the next one comes in! They make no effort to invest in their employee’s ,spend no money in “real” customer service programmes.
