What would you suggest Dusk management do to prevent employees from leaving?

  • Show some respect and learn the definition of "team work"

  • Ex manager, loved the product, hated the kpis over the top. Upper mgmt let mgrs manage. Terrible pressure customers feel it, company left behind culture toxic. Bullying from AMs 5 mgmt rolls in 18mths at Chirnside Park store, plus team going, you just dont get it. I'm not a disgruntled employee just moved onto where lm appreciated as a person and good manager Dusks loss not mine.

  • They need to give more shift to staff, they expect you to live of one shift a week which is usually 3hrs and not have another job.

  • Treat your managers & team with respect do not belittle them or look down at them

  • I left because Area Manager was a total control freak. Micro managing to the point where it just wasn't what l had experienced in previous companies. Team members monthly "Disk"analysing. Meaning attitude, personality,weaknesses and KPI unrealistic performance. Then ranking your team which does develop jealousy and unhealthy competition. Not an ideal, platform to base team spirit on. The turn over in this company is ridicules, mgrs still loyal have never worked outside this company. Bullying from upper mgmt labeled as assertiveness what a load of rubbish. I can pick the reviews that upper mgmt twisted in their favor. Appalling Dusk needs an attitude check big time...

  • Offer better working hours.
