Lack of viable training and procedures
DXC is not a terrible place to work, but the future is very uncertain (layoffs). I also find the lack of guidance and instruction disturbing. Additionally, the way the contracts were established with customer companies DXC technicians are restricted from access to Active Directory and other tools to the point it makes it very difficult to perform our jobs. It's another wack-a-mole work tickets IT company. I also get the impression there is little chance for advancement and raises just don't happen. It's kind of a stop gap job for technicians.
Pros
Working Remote, nice co-workers
Cons
Layoffs, lack of good training, sink or swim on your own.

It’s a job
It’s not a horrible place to work, good people, easy job. But if your here your stuck with little hope of advancing. It’s good to work here if your in between jobs and need an income but not as a career.

Better than most out there.
DXC Technologies is a very fast paced and customer oriented business. You answer multiple calls a day while having the best technology to help a long the way. Supervisors and managers are fare as well, will work along with your work schedule but also expect great performance in return. Everyday is different when dealing with multiple customers, new problems arise with different outcomes. The most enjoyable about the job are the people that work there with you, very family based and will always help when needed.
Pros
Great pay, extra pay for benefits, and will pay for Security+ Certification Training and Tests
Cons
Long ours, crazy calls, longer than normal wait time for benefits and checks to be implemented.
