Very unpleasant. A do as I say not do as I do mentality. The processes in the call centre are not fluid and change all the time or not followed through on. Staff are treated and spoken to like they are children. Team leaders are forced to belittle their staff and make them feel inadequate. Hard workers are not rewarded. The worst working environment I ever worked in.
Every public holiday or special occasion, the kitchen would be decorated for that occasion and would have food matching as well which was cool.
Staff get a discount on products which isnt much compared to the sales that stores have on the products.
