Very unpleasant. A do as I say not do as I do mentality. The processes in the call centre are not fluid and change all the time or not followed through on. Staff are treated and spoken to like they are children. Team leaders are forced to belittle their staff and make them feel inadequate. Hard workers are not rewarded. The worst working environment I ever worked in.

Products are great , but repairs and replacement parts are hard to source.

I worked 25 hours a week. They are very flexible with your work schedule and always offer more hours if you need them

No great perks.
Dyson used to reward staff with terrific discounts. Now you are better off buying your products discounted at the retailers.
They reward you with food that is mostly unhealthy. So if you are needing to eat Dyson is the place to work. Other than that this is not a great working environment.

They don't care what you dress like. Many staff took no pride in the way they dress. I saw girls wearing shorts in Summer and men and women wearing torn jeans. Call me old fashioned but if you are at work dress like you are at work. So I say to you don't worry about what you wear it means nothing.

Answered

Generally very laid back and sociable. Can be stressful during busy times.
