Very unpleasant. A do as I say not do as I do mentality. The processes in the call centre are not fluid and change all the time or not followed through on. Staff are treated and spoken to like they are children. Team leaders are forced to belittle their staff and make them feel inadequate. Hard workers are not rewarded. The worst working environment I ever worked in.
Not the best working experience I have ever had.
Poorly run call centre that makes you feel like you are back at school. I still pinch myself wondering how I managed to work as an adult in a child like atmosphere. Yes they played games, really silly games telling us we would get prizes if we sold Dyson product. All I wanted was a job with a good company not a Primary School.
I did not enjoy my time there.
Generally staff were unhappy with their job
