Good if you can ignore the dumb decision-making of management

I had a lot of fun working at ECU. Most of the staff were great and dedicated to their jobs. Unfortunately there were a couple of negatives. The first was that for three years I was on revolving contracts, never knowing if I was going to be renewed until the last two weeks. Its a disgusting way to treat your loyal staff IMO. Students dhow lots of interest in gaining knowledge and use every opportunity to enhance their capabilities in the field of their specialisation.
