Fantastic Work Experience: A Supportive and Friendly Workplace

Good if you can ignore the dumb decision-making of management
I had a lot of fun working at ECU. Most of the staff were great and dedicated to their jobs. Unfortunately there were a couple of negatives. The first was that for three years I was on revolving contracts, never knowing if I was going to be renewed until the last two weeks. Its a disgusting way to treat your loyal staff IMO. Secondly the management in my department seemed to make decisions without...

Well organised with great objectives
I am happy to get employed at ECU. It has been great pleasure to work with students coming from different backgrounds. Students dhow lots of interest in gaining knowledge and use every opportunity to enhance their capabilities in the field of their specialisation. University provides unique facilities in terms of teaching and world class laboratories.
