No fun working here at all
Boilermaker (Current Employee) - Perth WA - 21 April 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThink twice before working with this company! No support, regarding bad working relationships! Since I started here, no increases, no help when you need to learn new stuff. Only buddy buffy at this place. When someone treats you like trash since day one, they do nothing about it. Salary suck big time. Only sustain people get all the overtime, and only sustain people get sent home. If management are better trained, it would go much better in that place. But unfortunately some people have more say then the Managers and leadinghands.
Pros
Secured job
Cons
Bad management, and bad people working with you. Taking advantage of people, and no team work. Not a nice experience at this company.

Nasty, rude, toxic management style
Administration (Current Employee) - Australia - 27 April 2022
If you actually put effort into acknowledging your employees and showing them appreciation they would be more willing to go above and beyond for the company. You give them the absolute bare minimum, so that is all you will ever receive in return. Company would run far better with a new national service manager who had people and management skills who supported and promoted his staff instead of bullying them. No matter how much effort is given it is never going to be good enough to meet the unrealistic expectations management have. You have some exceptional staff but if you treated them better you would soon see their true potential.
Pros
The local team are great genuine good people and a pleasure to work with
Cons
Bad management style, Extremely unethical and promote an intimidating and bullying management style, CEO thinks everyone is there to steal from him, No appreciation for anyone only upper management

One of the worst place I worked for.
Engineer (Former Employee) - Ingleburn NSW - 29 June 2019
Very difficult workplace to be in. There is no respect for engineers and also for each other. Managers are one of the worst to with especially the MD. Rude, arrogant and aggressive and lack of people skills towards each individual. Glad that I’m no longer work there regardless of what salary income they are paying you. Also you are forced to work long hours of 50-60 hrs week including Saturdays.
Pros
Some individual people are great but not there anymore.
Cons
Long hours, high pressure from management to get work done and lack of respect for each other.

Yard hand (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 12 June 2019
I met Charlie Eilbeck and was in need of a job so desperately he gave me the opportunity to work and prove myself, however i was going through some personal issues which led me to leaving early. This company is extremely family orientated and is a great place to work.
Pros
Great team to work with

Does not look after their employees
No title - Eilbeck has none (Current Employee) - Sydney Central Business District NSW - 8 April 2019
Little pay, high responsibility, does teach a variety of skills but at a high price. very depressive working conditions, most people are too afraid to look up from their desk, for fear of being told they are not working hard enough.
Cons
Employer thinks everyone is out to take his money
