Great people to work with made lots of friends, I felt like I had my second home at work! Always look forward to going back to work with Elite Traffic. I’m always positive and I've had great interaction with staff. If Elite Traffic Service was to grow bigger, I would like to be part of Elite Traffic Service success. If you are lucky enough to get in and you can work your way up to running the job then, you become a permanent staff member. Majority of the workers are casual staff including me. You're not guaranteed work throughout the year. I have not been offered a shift for almost 4 weeks and I expect this could go on till the end of June for the financial year. When I worked at another TRAFFIC CONTROL company and at the same time working with Elite Traffic they were very patient with me and accommodated me with my busy ambitious work engagement. Working casual is tough and you have to be tougher and just sometimes not say anything about working with other companies and try and get in as many shifts as you can because when the work runs dry it doesn't matter which company you are with. Overall I don't know any traffic control companies that have opportunities for the team leaders the ones that run the job except for Elite.

Great staff.

Great staff and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere however their business model, as with so many in the industry, is to have most staff on as casuals with just a few hours notice for a shift which makes it very difficult to have a social life.
