Great place & Great people

Had a great experience working @ Ella Bache, both the Head Office staff and staff @ the Distribution Centre were great people to work with. Management was supportive and driven. IT systems were dated - but there was a real drive for change.

Personal Growth and Friendly Environment

The staff are friendly and very approachable. Good incentives with free treatments. In general a supportive work place. The salon has great mentoring programs with senior therapists to help the passage of knowledge and improve base level skills. toxic/ bad managment

at the start it was amazing i was doing heaps of treatments, made a small mistake and never gave me a second chance. always got told there was unpaid training available . felt very disrespected by other girls and boss bc i was younger. everyone was very cliquey. everyone thought i was incapable. i was told i would be a junior therapist while being on reception but soon made me only on reception. ...
