Same role

Great people, high workload!

EML has a lot of great people and the culture is easy going, however the workload can be intense if you aren’t on top of everything. It helps to have a supportive team and team leader. The training process is way too long and majority of the content you learn is irrelevant to what you’re doing on an every day basis which is conflicting. A lot of people resigned within the training weeks because of the lack of support, communication and direction between training and working at the same time. I think reducing the workload and ensuring new employees have more in depth training in their own office rather than in class would help.

Collaborative environment that is fast paced

The workplace culture is incredible which for me, would be unforgettable. There is never a dull day at work, and even if there was, you have a supportive system within your team that can help. The hardest part of the job would be the unpredictability in a fast-paced environment.
