    great flexibility
    able to change hours whenever, not hard work and support if u need it. aged care work so actual day to day work will depend on your site, but the company is good

    Not supported in work environment
    Casual staff paid well whereas permanent staff were declined pay rises. High turn over of staff due to minimal support from management and lack of communication. Would not recommend working for this company

    Expect you to do multiple positions.
    Great to work for initially then expect you to carry out two positions. Work flexible but found worked out of hours a lot. When you question job description and workload they replace you or do not confirm probation. They take managers away from their roles to work away as clinicians when cannot find staff, doubling managers workload. They have no concerns with this, so long as you keep doing a du...
