great flexibility
Physiotherapist (Current Employee) - Brisbane QLD - 18 February 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeedable to change hours whenever, not hard work and support if u need it. aged care work so actual day to day work will depend on your site, but the company is good

Not supported in work environment
Occupational Therapist (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 26 May 2023
Casual staff paid well whereas permanent staff were declined pay rises. High turn over of staff due to minimal support from management and lack of communication. Would not recommend working for this company

Expect you to do multiple positions.
Manager (Former Employee) - QLD - 15 March 2022
Great to work for initially then expect you to carry out two positions. Work flexible but found worked out of hours a lot. When you question job description and workload they replace you or do not confirm probation. They take managers away from their roles to work away as clinicians when cannot find staff, doubling managers workload. They have no concerns with this, so long as you keep doing a dual role you will stay at the company. Disorganised referral procedures and take new business on before finding staff.

Work is not that satisfying
Locum Physiotherapist (Former Employee) - Queensland - 15 December 2018
Long PM lists with not alot of support from the organisation. It would appear that they are more interested in your PM stats than the issues (because that is what's funded). Often working alone. Limited opportunity to grow. The facilities themselves can be extremely frustrating places to work, with care staff a law unto themselves rather than following care plans
BUT - flexible hours, good remuneration. So when you're not at work - life's good!
