The endota spa story began in 2000 when Melanie Gleeson pursued her dream to give back and inspire others to connect with themselves. The first day spa on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula paved the way for wellbeing to be considered a priority rather than a treat.

We are now proud to be the largest day spa network in Australia with over 100 spas across the country. Even prouder to be 100% founded by women and have an over 95% female team, with many of those working flexible hours....

Laidback uniform, achievable targets, relaxed working environment, just massage heavy at times and inconsistent hours because of casual contract, no part time or full time opportunities

Not worth it

Very unprofessional and unorganised workplace. Management is unprofessional and have to respect towards beauty/massage therapist. You will not get a roster and told you hours the night before each shift or will be asked to be on call and at times they won’t even call you in. There is no respect for your time or personal life. Horrible and unprofessional

Absolutely horrible and joke of a work place. There is no respect to staff from managers and owner. Unpaid work is expected, you will not be paid in between treatments when cleaning rooms and will be expected to show up 15-20 minutes before treatments to set up without payment. You will also have to stay back to do client prescriptions and not be paid for it. You will not get a roster and be told ...

Good management and team culture

Im very lucky at my spa to have a great team and culture. No pressure to sell if a client rejects, making sure we are always giving our best and educated about endotas products and services. Teamwork is amazing
