The staff try really hard to keep eachother's spirits up, management are bullies.

I left because the restructure in Geelong Call Centre meant I could no longer work the hours they wanted. My hours were changed so whilst I could take bus into town, would need to pay for taxis $30 one way home each night. No parking available in city or bus after 7pm. My role had also become robotic.
