The most useful review selected by IndeedAbsolutely horrible. No work life balance. Revolving door for employees, not many people stayed long enough to build skills, familiarity or competence in their work. So as a result management was bad, the teams were inefficient and people were always stressed because it felt like nobody really knew what they were doing. Toxic culture. They try and compensate for this by having initiatives to lure unsuspecting people in to work there and be exploited. For example they give 1 day off every fortnight for employees…but they don’t mention you’ll be required to work overtime and on weekends for it. I did at least 40 hours overtime each month there and about 90% of that I never got back. Getting one day off every fortnight feels hardly worth it. Upper management is extremely greedy. They would gladly have you work 12 hours on the weekend for free if it meant they can earn an extra $50.
Pros
Casual dress code. Free coffee provided.
Cons
No work life balance. Poor management. Toxic culture. Prepare to be exploited.

Great place to work

Fun, young and constantly evolving workplace. Everyone is very helpful and encouraging. Managers take an interest, work events are amazing. Good work/life balance with WFH arrangements.

Training was basic ask for help nothing offered no assistance rude customers encouraging gambling to people with gambling addition allow to gamble large amount on difficult odd bets.

- expanded my customer service experience dramatically
- co-workers were supportive and asisstive in teaching me and allowing me to learn
