Beautiful and kind staff, just not enough of them.The staff at EQUALS are for the most part very kind and lovely, but management are hesitant to invest time and money in additional staff to ease the stress and high pressures all staff are under. High turn over of staff in certain positions should be telling.

Expectation to have qualifying students rather than having students that could actually do the jobs effectively in the work place.Not happy to be part of an organisation who uses "Values" as part of who they are, but does not follow them the way they should for the actual Paying Students.

Great place to work,friendly colleagues and pleasant atmosphereIts such a wonderful place to work with Though there is a lot of work to do it still doesn't get boring. Pleasant atmosphere, flexible people. It was worth working there as It helped me gain insights into putting efficiency into work.
