Some very nice people but bad management Business Contact Centre Representative (Former Employee) – North Sydney NSW – 27 March 2019 There are a lot of politics and you can only advance if you know the right people, lots of work to do for very uncompetitive wage, unrealistic KPIs, very stressful place.

Whilst balanced with hours they are no very flexible. Very process and KPI driven, whilst this is a good thing it is too focussed on this and not work/life balance and more importantly culture.
