Why did you leave your job at Ergon Energy?
I was made redundant as management somewhere changed the defination of our workplace from depot to workshop in the EBA allowing them to bypass the protection for a depot to be shut down.. Poor managers shutting down a depot and contracting out the work to private sector. lying to staff about not having a busniess plan for transformer repair when contractor already in place that imports oil drying machine ..not to mention chemically burning staff with uniforms with high amounts of formaldehyde that took them weeks to discover why we were getting chemically burnt and then they tasted up the carpet and swept it under to hide it all they lied to us for telling us not to worry about the formaldehyde in close as it's lighter than air and will dissipate when it's actually the opposite it's heavier than air and will get into your pores and mutate your skin cells when you start to sweat don't believe management as they could not lie straight in bedAsked 19 March 2017
