Good team work

Worked overtime with surrounding towns as same company as well as away work Sydney and Newcastle in Storm damaged areas to restore power. Jindabyne challenging with snow conditions .

Productive and fun

A enjoyable career option if you are a single person. It is not a family friendly career. You will spend a lot of time away, but you will make lifelong friends and have plenty of great times in when heading ashore.

Very poor culture

Essential energy has become extremely top heavy and are more focused on procedures then doing the job and when something goes wrong very focused on someone to blame

I traveled to most of Essentials Energy depots during me stay with them ,They updated plant and equipment across there foot print for customers and workers, A big tick from me.
