Each of our aged care homes is managed by an Executive Director, who oversees the running of the home, supported by a Care Director leading a skilled nursing team rostered on duty 24/7. The home is further supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams which are focused on working collaboratively to enrich and celebrate life together. Central services teams provide additional regional support to homes with day-to-day operational activity.

Unrealistic workload

Stressful environment and poorly managed. They don’t care about staff shortage which puts pressure on the staff that is working. One of the reasons I left this place.
