The home is further supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams which are focused on working collaboratively to enrich and celebrate life together. Central services teams provide additional regional support to homes with day-to-day operational activity.

Awful, toxic, picking sides and unfriendly environment

Always very rushed. Residents didn't matter in the aspects of getting everything done for them. Was great when working alone with residents but when doing dooubles it was very toxic, very quickly done. I always made sure the residents had everything that they needed before leaving the room. Very welcoming

I was introduced to everyone at the start of handover for induction, who l am working with. Everything went as planned. I felt at home, staffs were friendly, different backgrounds and cultures but one voice. They are continous improvements on management and staffs, trainings which are paid to attend. It is indeed, home from home.
