If you were to leave Estia Health, what would be the reason?

Management. They treat workers so bad. They’re not approachable about the slightest thing. Makes it such a horrible working environment.

Sick of head office making ridiculous changes and spending huge amounts of money on things we don't need. Money hungry don't listen to staff or consult. Communication is terrible non responsive when questions are asked. Overall good people are crushed and good people leave

Management are not at all supportive. If you ask for help they just throw you under the bus and then try to push you out of the company. They do not support staff with anything. It's all about the appearance and the money to them. The pay is supposed to be award rate but it definitely is not. Would not recommend sending family members there and definitely would not recommend to work there unless you like being walked all over, underappreciated and underpaid
