Poor management
I was employed at Estia for 15 months as a casual whilst studying my Diploma of Nursing. As I was on placement we changed managers. After my placement I was unwell so in this time COVID testing had to be done I informed my manager. It ended up being a chest infection. It's hard being a casual staff member
As I am a casual staff member I don't get many hours.
The hardest part of the job is remembering how to do it for me because as I am casual I don't do it that often and by the time I come back I have to refresh my memory. My co-workers are great not a problem with them! The most thing I love about the job is chatting to the residents if I have the time.
