Friendly helpful management and staff from all areas of the facility, set rostering system but can change or swap shift if you need time of, can usually pick up extra shifts , compassionate and understanding when it comes to family and personal things , the facility has high standards to ensure the residents are getting the care and attention that they need , all staff in the kitchen are experienced and give100+++% the food is cooked fresh daily with with high quality produce and products with with a large variety of meals on a monthly menue.

good place to work. management changed a lot which wasn't good. co workers very friendly and great team work. if you go do the job and don't get caught in office politics its a good place to work

My first job as a food service assistant, I really enjoyed working with the staff and I learned many things. Kitchen staff was friendly and helping also the kitchen chef. Management is really good at this place.

Management are very supportive and look after staff. Have never worked in such a calming, welcoming environment. You are listened to love working here
